PUPPY CONTRACT
Purchase Agreement of puppy from Maybees French Bulldogs
Sales agreement between Maybes French bulldogs, hereinafter known as the seller or breeder, and ________________________ hereinafter known as the buyer.In consideration of the terms outlined in this contract, seller hereby gives and relinquishes one French Bulldog described as follows:

Terms of Sale
Buyers Responsibilities:
1. Buyer agrees to notify seller promptly of any change of address or phone number.
2. Buyer agrees to deliver seller $________ in cash or terms addended to this contract.
3. Buyer agrees to take this animal to a veterinarian of his choice within 3 working days of the date of Possession for a complete physical examination. If the buyer is not satisfied with the medical condition of the animal for any reason, he may return said animal at his expense, to the seller within 7 days of the date of examination and agreement shall be null and void with the purchase price refunded. If the buyer decides to retain possession of the animal, seller shall not be responsible for the cost or treatment of any extent of future medical problems.4. Buyer accepts full responsibility for proper care of the animal once it leaves the seller. This includes:
A. Maintaining this breed of puppy on a proper diet and at a weight sensible for its size and age.
B. Giving it regular training, care of coat, nails, ears, etc.
C. Taking it to a competent veterinarian when necessary, including a yearly physical, booster innoculationsand heart worm prevention.
D. Keeping it in a suitable fenced yard or adjacent area to buyers home, not keeping it chained or allowingit to roam at large.
E .Keeping it in a manner to prevent the dog from being teased or abused by any person.
5. This dog or any of its offspring, shall not be given to, sold to, leased to, or consigned to any commercial breeding establishment, Pet shop, chain store, puppy mill, fund raising raffle, or vivesection laboratory.
6. This dog is being sold as a pet /show breeding potential (Please circle one) and as such shall be bred with care and only in a manner such as outlined in the French Bulldog Club of America code of ethics for breeding if this puppy is being sold as show/breeding potential. If said puppy is being sold as a pet it will be sold on limited registration and is to be reevaluated at 6 months of age by seller and at that time it will be determined if said puppy is show quality or pet quality. If the puppy is determined to be pet quality it will be neutered at that time.
7. If at any time this dog is to be sold, given away, destroyed or otherwise disposed of, for any reason whatsoever, the buyer shall first notify the seller before taking any action and the seller shall have the option to take the dog back or make other appropriate arrangements. If the animal is placed with the sellers approval, the name, address, and phone number shall be provided to the seller.
8. If this dog dies of unspecified causes, not medically diagnosable as disease or trauma, the buyer agrees to notify the seller within 24 hours and convey the animal to a veterinarian for an autopsy at the buyers expense. Upon receipt of the autopsy report the seller will replace the dog with one of like quality with the next available litterSellers Responsibilities
1. In the consideration of the buyers agreement to the terms set forth above, the seller agrees to furnish the AKC individual registration form to the buyer upon full payment.
2. Seller agrees to provide a medical record and written instructions for the care of the animal.
3. Seller agrees to furnish a five generation pedigree.
